Spring has sprung, and so has my need for a healthier body!
Its been a long spring, but finally the buds are out and the air smells so wonderful, here in BC. Not only has the air got sweeter, but life is too.
After getting sick a couple months ago, I’ve been up and down in weight and mind. I’d never seen such amazing results on my body before Slow Carb, and it was mighty disappointing to find myself not feeling well after only a few weeks. All those problems are over now thanks to learning how to take care of my liver and gallbladder, and I’m ready to get back into the Slow Carb Diet; And this time, I’m going to stay there!
So, starting Sunday I’m back on Slow Carb and I am PUMPED. Saturday Luke and I are going to sit down and plan out my road to success, and I’ll let be letting you in on our plans and how everything goes!
