We’re very excited to announce the first week of the Couples Challenge – with our 5 couples now going full steam ahead on their slow carb, PAGG lifestyles.

We have met with each of our couples to discuss their goals, and why they would like to achieve them, along with just how they are finding the slow carb diet and the lifestyle in general. We’ve worked through some little challenges already, and our couples are on the path to success.
