Couples Challenge – Final results, and the winners
Our Four Hour Body Couple – Couples Challenge was a real success. We had thousands of visits, watching the videos that our couples so graciously created and shared with the world.
Our couples did incredibly well, and we are very proud of them all for taking on such a challenge and really making the most of it.
Over the course of the 8 weeks, we worked with our couples, coaching them face to face on Skype, or over the phone, and we shared their challenges, their thoughts and hopes, and their goals. We made suggestions for how they could fine tune things, and we supported them if they were having some problems. Our couples all had some really great questions for us, and we learned a lot from them and their experiences too.
They all followed the slow carb diet, and took PAGG from Pareto Nutrition. Some were working out at the gym, some were exercising at home and of course as we recommend, exercise isn’t necessary for weight loss success with slow carb, so some were strictly following the principles of the slow carb diet.
