Four Hour Body Coaching and Support
For our thousands of readers, we do our best to share everything we’ve learned and any tips and advice we get along the way. We’ve heard that people are doing great with the slow carb diet, the kettlebell workouts, and Occam’s Protocol workouts, but we’ve also heard a lot of questions from people who aren’t totally clear on things.

The different workouts and chapters can make it very difficult to choose exactly which approach is best to fit with your lifestyle. For poeople who are living busy days, around young kids, working at the office and all the other things that come up from week to week, we know how difficult any changes can be. That’s why we created Four Hour Body Coaching.
After we listened to many questions about the lifestyle, the workouts and the food, we realized that when you’re busy working or raising a new family, life can be really difficult, and changing things can be tough. At the same time, you know that you could have more energy, and perhaps more spare time compared to a do-or-die commitment to workouts that take too long and come too often.

Coaching is done by Skype video chat, and in some cases is supported by email too, depending on the plan selected. Of course, this doesn’t mean we will stop answering questions that come to us in comments, or from our Contact page, just that our Coaching and Support clients get our first attention if they need assistance.
