3. Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis
This is a particularly nasty ailment that can linger for years and years, and can be very debilitating. We were excited to learn from one of our coaching clients that her plantar fasciitis symptoms, which she had suffered with for 8 years or more, had disappeared in the 6 weeks since she started the slow carb diet.
She had tried other remedies, without success, and hadn’t changed anything about her lifestyle in those 6 weeks.
