5. Reduce Cholesterol, While Eating Eggs!?
The common thinking about eggs, and even other animal meats which have cholesterol was perhaps a little premature. As it turns out, many people follow the slow carb diet and end up with better cholesterol results than they previously had, despite eating more meat, and more eggs.
Though everyone’s case is different, we recommend you discuss the slow carb diet with your doctor, and undertake it as an experiment, for 8 weeks, and then have your cholesterol measured again. It’s likely you and your doctor will be happy with the results.
One of our coaching clients had a very dramatic improvement in blood results, after approximately 8 weeks on the slow carb diet, including up to 6 eggs per day.
