6. Geek to Freak workouts

A much more comprehensive training program, this workout routine sees long sessions in the gym, with more rest days between sessions. Offers a very complete workout across the entire body. May be too much work for those just starting resistance training, or for those who fatigue after 30-45 minutes in the gym.

I found the geek to freak workouts too long to be practical. I was fatiguing before I was finished the workout routine and therefore didn’t get as much out of it as the split routines. Some people might not have this problem, and may find the workout to be exactly what they want. Experiment with the options and find what works best for you.
