8. Understand Damage Control – Limiting Fat Gain when breaking the rules
Damage control is all about how to minimize fat gain, whilst eating all those foods you love to indulge in. The short version is that adding in some tools and tricks during the day can have a dramatic effect on minimizing fat gain.
These include having a slow carb breakfast, consuming some fructose mid-morning, doing 60-90 seconds of muscle exercise before and after each meal, using supplements to help, using coffee and other foods to increase the speed of digestion and elimination.
