This is a controversial question, for a few reasons. But that's not going to stop me writing this article. I am taking a very hard look at the slow carb diet, for one simple reason: I have a goal. Much like anyone else's goals, it has been set, and I am working to achieve it. But that doesn't stop any of us considering that there might be a better way than what we are currently doing.
