It could be all kinds of different places that it can happen though – in a mall food court, at a gym, sitting in the car, opening the fridge at home, and the list goes on.

    Realization – on 6 month anniversary of Living in a new country: the Diet that brought me to my Most fit and Happy state in NYC was not easily achievable in my new environment. Food has been my coping Mechanism & Afraid to give up Fruit & Bread… But I need a major change to return to my former self. I’m Going Slow Carb!
